What is the capacity of the Hollywood Manor?

Hollywood Manor comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with the option to accommodate up to 15 using the trundle bed and couches. This spacious retreat offers diverse seating options, including a formal dining room for 10, an outdoor kitchen bar for 8, a kitchen island for 4, and a cozy breakfast table for 4.

For added flexibility, 6 tall cocktail tables with 2 stools each are available. Perfect for special events, Hollywood Manor can host up to 50 guests, with folding tables, chairs, and pop-up tents available for an additional fee.

How do I reserve my event date?

To book an event at Hollywood Manor, simply fill out the contact form located on the Contact Us page. Reservations are confirmed once the Event Rental Agreement is signed and a 50% deposit is paid.

For overnight stays, you can easily book online by clicking the “Book Now” button. 

What time is check in and check out for overnight stays?

Check-in at Hollywood Manor is conveniently scheduled between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Check-out is before 11:00 AM.

When can I arrive the day of my event?

Guests at Hollywood Manor may access the venue one hour before their event for setup.

If you require additional setup time, please inquire about reserving extra hours.

Any deliveries prior to this time must be arranged in advance and may incur a storage fee.

Do you have parking on site?

Hollywood Manor offers convenient parking for up to 15 cars, making it easy for guests to arrive for their stay or special events.

For larger gatherings, we strongly encourage carpooling or coordinating with Butler Seattle to arrange valet services, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.

Can I cook my own food, or do I need to use a caterer?

At Hollywood Manor, overnight guests enjoy full access to the kitchen.

For events with more than 15 guests, we require the use of a licensed and insured catering service.

What appliances are available in the kitchen?

What other amenities does Hollywood Manor offer?

Hollywood Manor provides many amenities for our guests.

Each guest room has  its own ensuite bathroom and fireplace.

Each bathroom is stocked with essential amenities, including a hair dryer, towels, and premium toiletries.

The laundry room on the 2nd floor features a stack washer and dryer with steam press functionality. Electric irons and ironing boards are available for your convenience.

Board games and cards are avaialble in the family room and den.

The loft offers an Xbox360 with Kinect for gaming or watching DVDs.

What are the rules for alcohol service at events?

Overnight guests may consume on premises.

For events, a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor Board and a licensed bartender are required. Check with the property manager for a local service provider.

Marijuana and beer kegs are not allowed on the premises.

What Insurance is required for events?

Event insurance is required for all gatherings at Hollywood Manor, providing you with extra protection and peace of mind in case of significant damages or injuries during your event.

We recommend using reputable providers such as www.eventhelper.com or www.wedsafe.com to secure your coverage.

This essential step not only safeguards your event but also ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.

Terms and Conditions

Credit Card Security

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

All reservations for Hollywood Manor are placed through an online reservations system. Email reserve@tenhulzen.com for queries, special event request, additional features, or availability.

MINIMUM AGE
Primary guest must be 25 year of age to complete reservation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available after 3:00 p.m.
Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
Additional duration of stay may be available upon request.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS

If the event is canceled more than 90 days out, the cancellation fee is equal ½ of the rental deposit. If the event is canceled 90-0 days out, the rental fee is not refundable.

HM reserves the space based on a first come first served basis. HM must receive your contract and ½ of the total rental fee to secure the date. A 72-hour hold may be placed on a single date. However, HM does not guarantee availability without a signed contract and deposit. For your convenience, HM accepts payment in the form of cash or check made payable to TMSQUARED or credit cards with convenience fee of 3%.

Based on your reservation, the damage deposit of $500 in the form of a signed credit card authorization and the entire rental fee are due with the signed agreement. Your card will be charged ONLY in the event of damage incurred to the property.
