This modern farmhouse was built as a showcase of ingenuity and vintage charm for the Tenhulzen family.
Established in 2024, the 5,200 square foot private residence is situated on a 1.5 acre working property. A seasoned design/build remodeling business operates a small office and design studio detached from the main house.
Hollywood Manor was named for Woodinville’s iconic Hollywood Schoolhouse and the surrounding Hollywood Tourist District. The Manor’s architectural design was inspired by the Sammamish Valley’s rich farming heritage.
Available for Design Inspiration
Each of the manor’s 5 suites and 3 powder rooms are individually themed with a variety of installed products, options and methods. Interior design professionals and homeowners may schedule a visit to see these features in action.
Available for Short-Term Rental
The community asked for a place to conduct business meetings, birthday parties and classes. We responded by making our home available for groups of up to 30. Check the Accommodations pages for year-round availability for a variety of rental options. Overnight accommodations for up to 5 couples.
